Why is the liver so important?
The liver is our body's primary detoxification organ and manufacturing plant. It cleans drugs, alcohol, poisons, bacterial products, various waste products and worn out red blood cells from the body. The liver is also the main factory for amino acids, proteins and fats, and the stores fat and glucose – the energy source for all bodily functions.
The liver plays a major role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins – the nutrients that supply the body with energy. It converts carbohydrates into glucose, removes excess glucose from the blood and makes and stores glycogen – a source of energy between meals. Cleansing your liver can help your body better control its blood sugar levels.
The liver is also very important in metabolizing proteins. The liver manufactures amino acids and removes from circulation excess amino acids. It has the ability to dismantle amino acids that are found to be in excess and convert them to other amino acids that may be in short supply. It removes ammonia – a toxic byproduct of protein we consume – and converts it to urea to be eliminated by the kidneys. Liver cleansing can help provide your cells with protein in the form of essential amino acids.
The liver also controls the metabolism of fats we eat. It manufactures bile – necessary component for us to digest fat – and stores it in the gall bladder. The liver builds and breaks down fats as needed by the body. A liver cleanse can help you better regulate your body fat. Liver Cleansing Guide
There are many herbs and tonics that will cleanse your liver. You may purchase liver cleansing kits at your local health food store or online. However, I found that the following formula worked well. In order to undertake this liver cleanse, you will have to plan to fast from one afternoon through the next morning. You will also have to be near a bathroom and be able to drink plenty of water.
WARNING: If you are undertaking this liver cleanse, make sure that you have done the colon cleanse and kidney cleanse FIRST. This liver cleanse will flush a large quantity of toxins into your blood. Your kidneys must be working effectively in order to filter these toxins out of your blood and eliminate them through your urinary system. Additionally, your colon will play a part in eliminating these toxins as well. So undergo the colon cleanse first, then the kidney cleanse, prior to starting this or any other liver cleanse.
Also, I do not recommend ladies undertake the liver cleanse during their menstruation period. During this time, your body is already attempting to eliminate fluids from your body. The liver cleanse will only add to its elimination load.
Complete Liver Cleanse
You will need the following ingredients. To help you, I have found a single online store that has most of the necessary ingredients - so you can save on shipping charges. I am a fan of this store because they offer good customer service and wholesale pricing. Each item is linked to the specific item in their shopping cart, to make it easier for you to shop. Just go back and forth between this page and their shopping cart, until you have everything you need. Then simply checkout on their page.
- Half cup of olive oil
– stimulates the liver and gall bladder to expel bile, thus forcing stones from the bile ducts.
- One fresh grapefruit – preferable organic
- Approximately one half cup of Epsom salt – a strong laxative available at most drug stores that will cause diarrhea-like symptoms
- Four L-ornithine capsules
(500 mg each)– a non-protein amino acid that will help you to sleep
- A bottle of milk thistle capsules
– an herb that helps to clean and rejuvenate your liver
You will need to allocate an afternoon and the following morning to the liver cleanse. Follow these directions to cleanse your liver:
1. On the first day of the liver cleanse, avoid any fatty foods – try and eat as little fat as possible.
2. Stop eating after 2PM on the afternoon of the liver cleanse.
3. At 6PM of that day, drink 3/4 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt.
4. At 8PM of that day, drink 3/4 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt.
5. At 10PM of that day, drink a mixture of 1/2 cup of olive oil and the juice from one grapefruit (approx. 3/4 cup of juice). Take four L-ornithine capsules and go immediately to bed. If you already experience insomnia, you can take up to 8 capsules. Lie flat on your back for 20 minutes and then go to sleep.
6. After 6AM the next morning, drink 3/4 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt.
7. Two hours later, drink 3/4 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt.
8. You may eat a light breakfast after 10AM of that day. Eat light meals without too much meat and fried foods for the rest of the day.
CAUTION: Your liver is most active between 11PM and 1AM, so it is important that you take the olive oil-grapefruit mixture promptly at 10PM to stimulate your liver and to allow you sufficient time to fall asleep. If you forget the L-ornithine, you will have a long sleepless night. Keep in mind that the water and Epsom salt mixture will cause you to eliminate everything in your digestive system. You may experience diarrhea like symptoms. This is to be expected. Drink plenty of water to replenish the water that you are expelling and to ensure that you are properly flushing toxins released by your liver, out of your body.
In the morning, you will find that your waste on your second trip to the bathroom will contain greenish fatty looking particles that can be as small as peas and as large as golf balls. These are cholesterol, and deposits that would one day have turned into gallstones. Aren't you glad you eliminated these from your body?
Start taking the milk thistle capsules as soon as you have completed the liver cleanse. Begin with the smallest dosage (approx. 200 mg), but within a week, increase to the maximum dosage (400 - 600mg). Continue taking the maximum dosage until the bottle is empty.
Remember to drink plenty of water each day to flush the excreted toxins out of your system! Information on the benefit of drinking water will provide you with guidelines on the minimum amount of water you should be drinking. The more water you drink, the more toxins your body will be able to expel as part of this cleanse, and the better you will feel through the cleansing process.
I would also recommend that you do a pure water enema after your liver cleanse. It will ensure that all toxins and fatty debris are flushed out of your colon. If these toxins are not thoroughly flushed out, then they will be reabsorbed over time into your body through the colon wall and compromise your entire liver cleansing effort.
You may find that a few weeks after your first liver cleanse, your symptoms slowly start to reappear. Toxins that were farther upstream may have been pushed into the liver during the first liver cleansing. So you may find the need to do a second cleanse about 3-4 weeks after the first one.
Quick Liver Cleanse
If you do not have the time for the fasting and intestinal tract purge required by the complete liver cleanse, you can follow this quick liver cleanse program.
Take an herbal laxative right after your evening meal. I recommend 2-3 pills of Cascara Sagrada, but you may use any other natural laxative - such as an herbal laxative tea. Do not use a pharmaceutical laxative.
Promptly at 10PM, mix and drink:
- Fresh juice from ½ fresh lemon
- Fresh juice from 2 grapefruits (8 oz of raw, un-pasteurized apple juice may be substituted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Remember to drink plenty of water before and after your quick liver cleansing. Consider a pure water enema to cleanse your colon of the bile and toxins released during the quick liver cleanse.
The quick liver cleansing is not a substitute for the complete liver cleansing described earlier, but is intended more as a maintenance liver cleansing program. Some people choose to undergo a complete liver cleansing once per year and a quick liver cleansing every 2-3 months.

Oh, epsom salt—who knew that such an uninspiring ingredient could inspire such devotion? Read on for 13 ways to use epsom salts, including a relaxing bath, a face scrub and a hair volumizer. It's also a miracle cure, helping to get rid of splinters and reduce swelling of sprains and bruises. One ingredient fits all!
I always knew that soaking in a tub full of hot water with a
few cups of Epsom Salts was good for relaxing muscles and
drawing toxins from the body, but I could never figure out why.
And it wasn't until I spent some time at the Epsom Salt Industry
Council web site that I learned that epsom salts—made of
the mineral magnesium sulfate—are also a sedative for the
nervous system.
When magnesium sulfate is absorbed through the skin, such as
in a bath, it draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous
system, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles, is a natural
emollient, exfoliator, and much more.

Relaxing and sedative bath: Soak in warm water and 2 cups of epsom salt.
Face cleaner: To clean your face at night, mix a half-teaspoon of epsom salt with your regular cleansing cream. Just massage into skin and rinse with cold water.
Homemade skin mask: Apply the mask to damp skin. For normal to oily skin, mix 1 tablespoon of cognac, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of non-fat dry milk, the juice of 1 lemon, and a half-teaspoon of epsom salt. For normal to dry skin, mix 1/4 cup of grated carrot, 1 1/2 teaspoons of mayonnaise and a half-teaspoon of epsom salt.
Foot soak: Soothe aches, remove odors and soften rough skin with a foot soak. Add 1/2 cup of epsom salt to a large pan of warm water. Soak feet for as long as it feels right. Rinse and dry.
Skin exfoliator: Massage handfuls of epsom salt over your wet skin, starting with your feet and continuing up towards the face. Have a bath to rinse.
Remove excess oil from hair: Epsom salt soaks up excess oil from hair. Add 9 tablespoons of epsom salt to 1/2 cup of oily hair shampoo. Apply one tablespoon of the liquid to your hair when it is dry; rinse with cold water. Pour lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar through the hair, leave on for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse.
Remove hairspray: Combine 1 gallon of water, 1 cup of lemon juice, and 1 cup epsom salt. Combine, cover and let set for 24 hours. The next day, pour the mixture into your dry hair and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then shampoo as normal.
Hair volumizer: Combine equal parts of deep conditioner and epsom salt. Warm in a pan. Work the warm mixture through your hair and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse.
Soak sprains and bruises: Epsom salt will reduce the swelling of sprains and bruises. Add 2 cups epsom salt to a warm bath, and soak.
Splinter remover: Soak in epsom salt, it will draw out the splinter.

Toxic Cleansing - Colon Cleanse, Parasite Cleanse, Kidney Cleanse, Liver Cleanse
For example, I used to have insomnia. I would wake up between 1am and 3am almost every morning and was unable to fall back to sleep until 5am or 6am. Well, like you, I had a full day's work ahead of me, so sleeping until 7am just did not give me sufficient sleep. Undergoing toxic cleansing using the colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and liver cleanse routines, has me sleeping well throughout the night.
Why focus toxic cleansing on the colon, kidneys and liver? The colon, kidneys and liver are the primary elimination organs – they eliminate waste and toxins from your body. If they are not functioning properly, there is likely a buildup of toxins in your body cannot eliminate. Toxic cleansing of these organs and ridding your body of parasites is key to keep them healthy.
The colon plays a vital role in the health of our entire body. An unhealthy colon can cause ill health of your liver, heart, brain or any other organ. Conditions such as Crohn's disease and colitis are signs of an unhealthy colon. A colon cleanse can help prevent disease.

It is the job of the colon and kidneys to eliminate these toxins from your body rapidly – toxic cleansing. If your colon is not functioning properly – a.k.a. constipation – or your kidneys are not working effectively, the toxins will make you feel ill and will then get reabsorbed by the liver. The end result will be that you will be back to where you started, except that you will have felt sick for a day or two. Therefore, make sure that you follow the colon cleanse and kidney cleanse plans to ensure that those two elimination organs are functioning at their peak, before undertaking the liver cleanse plan.So where does the parasite cleanse fit into all of this? If you are experiencing any chronic symptoms or have not been following a natural and organic food diet, then I would recommend that you do the colon cleanse and the parasite cleanse first, followed by the kidney cleanse and then the liver cleanse. If you have a low level of toxicity (no chronic symptoms and regular bowel movements), then you can do the parasite cleanse at any time.

Dr. Clark's Liver Flush

Even if you only get a couple of dozen small stones out of your liver, you have achieved a great deal for your liver and your overall health. Cleansing the liver of gallstones dramatically improves digestion, which is the basis of your whole health. You can expect your allergies to disappear, too, more with each cleanse you do! Incredibly, it also eliminates shoulder, upper arm, and upper back pain. You have more energy and an increased sense of well being. Cleaning the liver bile ducts is the most powerful procedure that you can do to improve your body's health. But it should not be done before the parasite program, and for best results should follow the kidney cleanse. It is the job of the liver to make bile, 1 to 1½ quarts in a day! The liver is full of tubes (biliary tubing) that deliver the bile to one large tube (the common bile duct). The gallbladder is attached to the common bile duct and acts as a storage reservoir. Eating fat or protein triggers the gallbladder to squeeze itself empty after about twenty minutes, and the stored bile finishes its trip down the common bile duct to the intestine. For many persons, including children, the biliary tubing is choked with gallstones. Some develop allergies or hives but some have no symptoms. When the gallbladder is scanned or X-rayed nothing is seen. Typically, they are not in the gallbladder. Not only that, most are too small and not calcified, a prerequisite for visibility on X-ray. There are over half a dozen varieties of gallstones, most of which have cholesterol crystals in them. They can be black, red, white, green or tan colored. The green ones get their color from being coated with bile. Notice in the picture how many have imbedded unidentified objects. Are they fluke remains? Notice how many are shaped like corks with longitudinal grooves below the tops. We can visualize the blocked bile ducts from such shapes. Other stones are composites - made of many smaller ones - showing that they regrouped in the bile ducts some time after the last cleanse. At the very center of each stone is found a clump of bacteria, according to scientists, suggesting that a dead bit of parasite might have started the stone forming. As the stones grow and become more numerous the back pressure on the liver causes it to make less bile. It is also thought to slow the flow of lymphatic fluid. Imagine the situation if your garden hose had marbles in it. Much less water would flow, which in turn would decrease the ability of the hose to squirt out the marbles. With gallstones, much less cholesterol leaves the body, and cholesterol levels may rise gallstones, being porous, can pick up all the bacteria, cysts viruses and parasites that are passing through the liver. In this way "nests" of infection are formed, forever supplying the body with fresh bacteria and parasite stages. No stomach infection such as ulcers or intestinal bloating can be cured permanently without removing these gallstones from the liver. For best results, ozonate the olive oil in this recipe to kill any parasite stages or viruses that may be released during the cleanse. Preparation Ingredients Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. Stop the parasite program and kidney herbs, too, the day before. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal, fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk). This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones. 2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later. Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. in 3 cups water and pour this into a jar. This makes four servings, ¾ cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for convenience and taste only). 6:00 PM. Drink one serving (¾ cup) of the ice cold Epsom salts. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 tbs. in ¾ cup water now. You may add 1/8 tsp. vitamin C powder to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards or rinse your mouth. Get the olive oil (ozonated, if possible) and grapefruit out to warm up. 8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another ¾ cup of Epsom salts.You haven't eaten since two o'clock, but you won't feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success. 9:45 PM. Pour ½ cup (measured) olive oil into the pint jar. Add 2 drops HCl to sterilize. Wash grapefruit twice in hot water and dry; squeeze by hand into the measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork. You should have at least ½ cup, more (up to ¾ cup) is best. You may use part lemonade. Add this to the olive oil. Also add Black Walnut Tincture. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery (only fresh grapefruit juice does this). Now visit the bathroom one or more time, even if it makes you late for your ten o'clock drink. Don't be more than 15 minutes late. You will get fewer stones. 10:00 PM. Drink the potion you have mixed. Take 4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia. Drinking through a large plastic straw helps it go down easier. You may use oil and vinegar salad dressing, or straight honey to chase it down between sips. Have these ready in a tablespoon on the kitchen counter. Take it all to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or weak persons). Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you don't. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don't clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don't. Next morning. Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. Don't take this potion before 6:00 am. 2 Hours Later. Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts. You may go back to bed again. After 2 More Hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered. How well did you do? Expect diarrhea in the morning. Use a flashlight to look for gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movement. Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks but gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green. You will need to total 2000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are [acutely] ill. Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as a "chaff" floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals. Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging stones. How safe is the liver cleanse? It is very safe. My opinion is based on over 500 cases, including many persons in their seventies and eighties. None went to the hospital; none even reported pain. However it can make you feel quite ill for one or two days afterwards, although in every one of these cases the maintenance parasite program had been neglected. This is why the instructions direct you to complete the parasite and kidney cleanse programs first. CONGRATULATIONS You have taken out your gallstones without surgery! I like to think I have perfected this recipe, but I certainly can not take credit for its origin. It was invented hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago, THANK YOU, HERBALISTS! This procedure contradicts many modern medical viewpoints. Gallstones are thought to be formed in the gallbladder, not the liver. They are thought to be few, not thousands. They are not linked to pains other than gallbladder attacks. It is easy to understand why this is thought: by the time you have acute pain attacks, some stones are in the gallbladder, are big enough and sufficiently calcified to see on X-ray, and have caused inflammation there. When the gallbladder is removed the acute attacks are gone, but the bursitis and other pains and digestive problems remain. The truth is self-evident. 触摸语言是人类共有的。我们本能地摩擦疼痛之处,或互相抚摸以求安慰和平静。按摩是人们用于促进健康的最古老的方法之一。很多古代文化,包括埃及、希腊、罗马、印度和日本的,都有历史记载按摩。在19世纪早期,一位瑞典人,Per Henrik Ling(1776―1839) ,他综合了中国、埃及、希腊和罗马的按摩手法,发展了一套按摩理论,并在斯德哥尔摩开办了第一所按摩培训学院。所以,按摩也被称为"瑞典按摩"。
今天,触摸疗法的重要性已得到广泛认同。人们认识到,按摩可以刺激和调节生理过程,例如消化和呼吸。它能改善肌肉健康状态、关节活动功能,调整状态,增强血液和淋巴液循环,平衡内分泌系统和神经系统。按摩不仅使人身体上受益,而且能使人振奋精神――按摩传达关心、接受、支持和心意沟通。它帮助人们重新建立最内在自我的联系,帮助创立更积极的自我形象。按摩和触摸疗法使你的体能和活力重新调整,从而恢复平衡。
按摩时,一定要准确地向伙伴讲清你打算做什么,问清有无你要避免的伤痛部位。要向伙伴强调在按摩过程中,如有不适,应告诉你。
伙伴有以下情况之一,禁忌按摩:高烧、传染性皮肤感染、各种接触性传染病或感染、心血管病如血栓或静脉炎。同样,不要在静脉曲张处、新疤痕处、擦伤处、肿瘤、肿块或发炎关节处按摩。如果你的伙伴有急性腰背痛,按摩时,若疼痛蔓延至手或腿,应立即停止。
如果你的伙伴在怀孕期头4个月,应非常轻地按摩腹部。在以后的月份,你的伙伴应侧卧,按摩同样要轻柔。
在按摩时你应该往手上抹油或反复抹油。不要把按摩油直接倒在身体上,那样,会使伙伴感觉不愉快。把油倒在你的手上,搓开直到油分布均匀,然后用长距离的滑推把油推开在你准备按摩的身体部位上。可能要多练习几次,才能对用多少油做到心中有数。油量要恰到好处,恰当的油量能使你的手轻松地在皮肤上滑动。油多了,手会感觉太油腻,捏不住肌肉。
进行按摩的环境对你和你的伙伴最终获得的放松和舒适起着很大的作用。选一个你们都感到轻松的时间。确保你们在按摩的过程中不会受干扰,例如,可把电话铃声调低。
房间应该够暖,还应避风。由于在按摩的过程中体温会下降,最好在手边多放几条毛巾和一张毛毯。
灯光应该使人镇静,不要让头顶的或侧面的灯光直接射在伙伴的面部。蜡烛能给房间增加放松的气氛、而鲜花、燃香或燃油器能增加香气。
你的工作面最好是一张可调节高度的按摩床。如果在地板上进行,地面必须铺上结实的垫、可以用发泡橡胶地毯,或者折叠起来的羽绒被或毛毯。在它们上面辅上毛巾或旧床单,以免沾上按摩油。
把部分按摩油转装到一个有翻盖的塑胶瓶里。这样你就能较好地控制倒出的油量、还可防止打破瓶子。此外,用―个小碗也行。
如果你的伙伴不反对,可以放些轻柔连贯的音乐。藉此增加放松的气氛'提高疗效。
在开始进行按摩时,你和伙伴应放松并令自己感到舒适。在按摩的过程中,应时刻注意你和伙伴各自的体位。
轻抚法是指在按摩开始和结束时那种轻柔、缓和的摩擦动作。用这种手法,把油抹开并使肌肉发热,从而使肌肉放松。轻抚主要用手掌,同时手指并拢。当手掌在身体上滑动时,应顺从身体的自然线条。轻抚的动作应该流畅,没有停顿,把按摩的不同阶段连接起来。通常,在靠近心脏时,略加大压力,以便帮助血液和淋巴液的流动,然后以更轻缓的摩擦动作返回。
轻摩法
把双手平放在身体上面,手指并拢,指尖略拾高。做连续的摩擦动作,把你的双手滑向按摩区域的顶部,然后分开双手,回到开始的位置。这个动作应覆盖尽可能大的范围。
划大圈
仍然是双手平放:手指并拢,作游泳状。两手轮换划互相重叠的圈,要覆盖整个范围并达到两侧。当到达这个区域的底部时,把双手滑回顶部。
滑波
在身体的某部分(例如背部)用过轻摩法以后,把你的手呈"之"字形收回,达到这个区域的中部或两侧。尽可能覆盖整个部位。
淋巴系统有助于维持血液和组织内适当的液体平衡。淋巴液是躯体组织细胞之间重要的体液。大部分淋巴液通过毛细血管回到血液里,而剩余的部分被送入淋巴管,在这里,淋巴液与废物和微生物(例如细菌)结合。当淋巴液通过这些淋巴管时,淋巴结会过滤和摧毁各种引起疾病的微生物。所以,在防止感染进入血液系统方面,淋巴系统起着非常重要的作用。之后,淋巴液进入静脉,又重新回到心脏。由于淋巴管是不会搏动的,所以,只有当淋巴管周围的肌肉收缩、压迫脉管时,淋巴液才会流动。
因此,在改善体内淋巴液的流动、改善身体对抗疾病的能力等方面,按摩和运动起着非常可贵的作用。下面所示的手法有助于淋巴液从体内的组织流回到心脏,在心脏里,淋巴液就会被压送到全身。
小腿
用你的左手提起小腿,使它屈成直角。张开拇指,伸直于指,握住脚踝,捏紧向下推向膝部。重复几次。
前臂
提起伙伴的手,使她的前臂与上臂成直角。用你双手的拇指和手指紧紧握住她的手腕。向下挤压并推向肘部。双手再回到她的手腕,重复几次。
上臂
靠近伙伴的肩部,双手提起她的肘,把她的前臂向下弯,使她的手碰到对侧的肩。用你的拇指和手指握住她的上臂靠肘部的地方,捏紧推向肩部。重复几次。

按摩动作应当轻而有弹性,不能重拳捶打,以免引起不适感。在按摩时,要求你的伙伴给你反应,以保证你做到恰如其分。
所有这些手法都要求双手交替、有节奏地快速进行。
当肌肉已经充分放松以后,这些手法就可以有力度地充分用在按摩上。如果被按摩者希望在按摩结束时能够入睡,不要使用叩击法。
在丰满的部位,例如大腿、臀部和上臂,使用叩击法,但它不宜用于瘀肿的、静脉曲张的部位或者疼痛的部位。
捏拿法
手指并拢,手略成杯状,用拇指与其他手指揪住成块的肌肉。
拳叩法
轻握拳头,用拳外侧捶打肌肉,使拳头在肌肉上弹跳。
劈法
放松手腕、手指自由伸开,用手掌外侧"剁"肌肉。双手交替,快速地在肌肉上弹跳。
杯叩法
把手掌和拇指都并拢,呈倒叩的用手舀水的杯状。用手叩打皮肤。方法正确时,会发出真空吸气的声音。
手背拍打法
放松双手,用手背部轻打皮肤。使手指和手掌保持放松的状态。
任何按摩都应以轻摩开始,之后用大拇指、其他手指和掌根部进行中压和深压。你还需要学会用身体的重量去施加更大的压力。
拇指划圈或拇指滚动的手法有时也被称为按压法。按压法指任何一种把肌肉压向它下面的骨头并按揉的手法。
深压按摩,例如按压法和揉捏法,可使神经兴奋,它对改善血液循环、排泄毒素、促进新陈代谢、舒缓肌肉紧张很有效。拇指划圈或拇指滚动按揉可用于软组织部位,而揉提法只可用于不与骨头直
接接触的、肌肉较丰满 的部位,例如臀部。当使用压力时。要记您每个人的耐受程度是不同的,因此动作要逐步展开,并随时注意伙伴的反应。不要在瘀肿部位和静脉曲张部位用深压。
揉捏法
用一只手按下肌肉,用另一只手抓住肌肉,把肌肉组织掐起来,向一边捻动。放开肌肉,用另一只手去抓。双手有节奏地交替,就像你在揉面或拧湿衣服。用慢动作挤压和松开肌肉可以避免只是掐住肌肉。
挤压
用手的外侧把肌肉压下并向前慢慢地推进。另一只手应跟随其后,双手交替进行。你还可以手指朝上,用掌根部做同样的动作。这种压力对大腿的前后部和手臂很有效。
拇指划圈
用拇指腹部作划圈运动来揉压肌肉。向下面的骨头作深揉压。其他手指应放松。
拇指滚动
双手拇指交替,用有节奏的动作划半圆或划直线,把肌肉向你身外推开。每根拇指交替地把肌肉扭向伙伴的身外。利用你身体的重量使动作的压力更大。动作要做得慢和稳,以免伙伴感到你是在挠痒。

14、两拇指交替从脊柱向肩胛骨作向外划圈横推。在你加大对肌肉的压力时,让伙伴把感觉反馈给你。这种手法产生一种"舒畅的疼痛"和释放紧张的快感。在肩胛骨上按摩。

15、双掌并拢,把你的前臂横在伙伴背部的中间。

16、很慢地把前臀向两边推开,掌心朝下滚动你的前臂。右臂应在脊柱的底部停下来,而左臂在颈的顶部停下来。利用身体的重量施加压力。

17、现在,在背的一侧以对角线方向重复这一动作。你的左臂应推到肩部,而右臂则推到对侧的臀部。
